I hope she doesn't change a thing with her style of music; she is very gifted! Hopefully; someday she will tour up here in the Chicago/ Rockford area! This is a 5 star cd; if you are thinking of buying it; DO IT!! You will love it!

I have not been so excited about discovering a new artist since first discovering Patty Griffin, Kasey Chambers, Talking Heads, U2, REM, Peter Gabriel, The Replacements and Jewel....to name a few. You would swear that she is Kasey Chambers' sister, when you hear her voice. As a music fan of 40 years, I have been able to predict certain artist's fame when they were up and coming...and I have not have this feeling since I first heard of REM's Murmur album coming out....Some major label better grab her however I hope it's a company like ATO Records that has done a great job with Patty Griffin.

Tonya's cd is reallt great i live in australia and i have always thought her music and her lyric is the best she has great style in the delivery of each word that will take you to that place she was in when she wrote the tunes. If you want to know how good music and songwriting can be listen to this fantastic cd it will change the way you think about music i know when i first heard Tonya i was thinking her voise is a lot like Kasey Chambers and she is massive in Australia .i have tryed to get Tonya over here to Australia but got riped of by Grayeme Junee on the gold coast. I believe that Tonyas CD is a great work if you get the chance have a listen each tune is like the single classic album

This is the best CD I have heard in quite sometime. It has not left my CD player since it was opened. If you like Outlaw Country this is the first in what I believe will be many more from Tonya Watts. It is going to be interesting to see how she tops this one. It is well worth the time to sit and listen to what she is saying but there is a chance you will be hooked once you do.
